70 participants learned all about the design and construction of affordable and strong Stone Arch Bridges in the 5-day short course organized by Enabel and TARURA at the University of Dar es Salaam.

Speakers from Enabel, TARURA, University College London and Obvis (Archie-M) contributed to make the course a success. Next to theoretical sessions on typology, design tables, foundation design and more, the participants got to witness firsthand the construction of a model stone arch bridge on the UDSM campus next to the College of Engineering and Technology.
